FAQs

What is Integrative Nutrition Coaching?

Integrative Nutrition is a holistic approach that looks at the whole person beyond just symptoms. It includes other key factors such as lifestyle, environmental, psychological, physiological, and health-related behaviors to reach a balance.

Will I need to change my diet?

Our approach doesn’t necessarily mean nutritional modifications will be necessary. It is also not a coach’s domain to recommend a specific diet. We may refer you to a nutritionist or work with your own team of medical professionals. We support the actions recommended by your providers.

What do I need a health coach for?

Whether a medical professional directs this or if you are self-motivated to make a profound change, a coach can provide you with a care plan using evidence-based strategies to improve health-related behaviors.

What type of people typically work with you?

People:

  • with chronic conditions

  • who want to exercise more

  • that want to change eating patterns or lose weight

  • are experiencing physical symptoms and want to feel better or have more energy

  • that have gained information via the internet but don’t know where to start
